Meta Wall Feed is proprietary software developed and published by TheFoxLab. The underlying integration package (thefoxlab/tfl-social) is an open-source SDK created and engineered by TheFoxLab using AI, available on GitHub for developers to inspect, download, and integrate into their own projects.

3. Meta Platform Independence & API Limitations

Meta Wall Feed operates as an independent technical integration layer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• TheFoxLab has no control over Meta's platforms, Graph APIs, infrastructure availability, permission scopes, or rate limits.
• Changes, restrictions, maintenance, or discontinuations made by Meta to their API endpoints may affect the ability of Meta Wall Feed to fetch or synchronize data.
• TheFoxLab is not liable for service interruptions, API modifications, or token revocations initiated by Meta.

4. User Responsibilities & Compliance

When connecting Facebook Pages or Instagram Business Accounts and embedding feeds on external websites, you agree to:

• Comply fully with Meta’s Terms of Service, Commercial Terms, and Platform Community Standards.
• Ensure you possess the necessary administrative rights and permissions for any connected accounts.
• Not utilize the software to transmit, aggregate, or display unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.

5. Age Eligibility (13+)

You must be at least 13 years of age to utilize Meta Wall Feed, consistent with the age eligibility requirements set by Meta social platforms.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

TheFoxLab claims no ownership over the social media content, images, videos, or captions aggregated from your connected channels. All rights in such content remain with the respective content owners and are subject to the terms of the originating social platform.
